The hotel allocated us a staff contact. This person was available via WhatsApp. The room exceeded my expectations and was huge. The food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner couldn't be faulted.
The hotel coffee and cake shop served awful coffee.

I found the hotel clean and spacious. the food and drinks were abundant and of top quality. the staff were polite and always ready to help. mr robin at the front desk particularly stood out. He meticulously handled every detail of our stay and ensured my family felt special as we celebrated a special occasion.
The shop inside had a very limited stock. Finding a small supermarket required a 20-minute walk.

The gym offers varied fitness activities, and i found trainers fulkhan and khan excellent. They tailor programs perfectly. there are multiple pools and beach access, great for families.

The food selection is wide and very good. Moses was particularly helpful at breakfast, always providing excellent service. the all-inclusive package means fresh fruit is always available near the main pool, along with complimentary drinks.

the staff provided excellent service and treated me with respect. any issues i raised were addressed promptly. yusuf from guest relations was especially helpful and kind each day (a real asset to the team).
the shop in the hotel stocked very few items. the nearest small supermarket was about a 20-minute walk away. i felt quite isolated as there was nothing of interest outside the hotel.

la turca offers buffet lunch and dinner. l'olivo became a favorite, with fabulous food. i especially appreciated the warmth and efficiency of irshad osama who took care of us during our meals.

The staff were kind. That was acceptable.
My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, around 5pm. It was frustrating as i wanted my child to nap. the housekeeping did only the basics. Thicker dust was not removed from the fixtures.
